Warranty service requests must be submitted in writing. You may fax to 210-403-4790 or email your warranty items to the following : dblake@sivage.com. The CSR will contact you within 3-5 business days to set an inspection or schedule repairs. Warranty requests with the vendors are scheduled Monday thru Friday from 9am-1pm or 1pm-4pm. There are no appointments set for Saturday or Sunday or after 4:00pm.
